Friends of Moweaqua
Public Library District​

 

The Friends of Moweaqua Public Library District  is an organization with charitable, literary, and educational purposes.  These purposes include promoting public awareness of the library and its services, raising funds for library initiatives, and contributing to the cultural enrichment of the local community. 

​

Membership is open to any who support the group's purposes and wish to contribute. Voting privileges are open to all who sign up, pay dues, and attend meetings.  Meetings are held at 9:15 a.m. the first Monday of every month. 

​

Meeting attendance is not required to support the Friends. 

​

Those interested in joining the group can attend a meeting or contact the library director, who will provide details. Those interested in participating in Friends activities can check this page or refer to the Friends Facebook page

Friends Meeting: 9:15 a.m., Monday, May 15.

Food for Finals: May 17 (donations of drinks, candy, and cash needed; see contact info on Facebook).
