Donations

The library accepts book donations. Once they become the property of the library they are ours to do with as we judge proper. Some we will use and some will end up in the semi-annual community sale of the Friends of the Library group.

Youth and teen

The library has available the Reading Counts list from the local school system. Books have stickers put on their spines to help the youth find books on the list. We make sure that we have copies of all the Monarch, Bluestem, Rebecca Caudill & Abraham Lincoln Award Books listed each year.

Community outreach activities

We are happy to deliver materials to the Moweaqua Nursing & Retirement Center and to patrons living in the facility. We also offer homebound delivery to patrons needing this service as well.

Many activities and social gatherings take place in our Meeting Room several days during the week. Stop in for more information!

Community spaces

We offer a bulletin board for public notices, items for sale, upcoming activities, school and sports sign-up sheets, and a place to display other items that are brought to us. Local businesses are welcome to display their information as well.
