Nonresident user fee policy

For an annual fee of $75.00, nonresident patron(s) may check out materials housed in the Moweaqua Public Library District, request materials throughout the Illinois Heartland Library System as allowed, and use the services at any library participating in the Nonresident Card Program. Materials may be checked out only by patrons with a library card in their own name.
