Membership & card registration policy

• Patron must be at least 5 years old and/or entering kindergarten.

• Patrons 16 years of age and younger must have a parental signature.

• Patron must provide identification, such as a driver’s license, with date of birth if over the age of 16.

• If patron lives in a rural area, a tax bill must be provided to identify that patron lives in a rural taxing district.

• Patron will be charged a $1.00 fee to replace a lost library card.

• Patrons may be denied access to the Library or its services for due cause, such as failure to return materials or pay penalties, destruction of Library property, disturbance of other patrons, and/or any objectionable conduct on Library premises.
