Membership & Card Registration Policy

• Patron must be 5 years old and/or entering kindergarten.

• Patrons 16 years of age and younger must have a parental signature.

• Patron must provide I.D. if over the age of sixteen, such as a drivers license and date of birth.

• If patron lives in the rural area, a tax bill must be provided to identify that patron lives in a rural taxing district.

• Patron will be charged a $1.00 fee to replace a lost library card.

• The Library or its services may be denied for due cause, such as failure to return materials or to pay penalties, destruction of library property, disturbance of other patrons, or any objectionable conduct on library premises.
